Shipping Policy
Our call center and distribution center will be operational during the COVID-19 response. By placing an order customers who are located in states with "stay home" orders are acknowledging that their business will be open and someone will be available to receive packages.
Normal Shipping Times
Ground Service shipments to the U.S. will arrive in 3-7 working days, depending on the zone. On orders to destinations within the 48 contiguous states, you have a choice of UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air.
Ground Service is not available for Alaska and Hawaii. Additional shipping charges will apply for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and territories outside the Continental U.S.
Ground Service shipments to Canada will arrive in 7-10 working days, depending on destinaton. Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Visit www.ups.com for additional information regarding shipments to Canada.
Freight Charges are calculated according to the weight, size and destination of your package.

Overnight Express - Most orders placed before 4 PM EST, Monday through Friday (except holidays), will be shipped that afternoon and be delivered by 5 PM the next business day. Additional freight charges will be added.
2 Day Express - Most orders placed before 4 PM EST, Monday through Friday (except holidays), will be shipped that afternoon and be delivered by 5 PM the second business day. Additional freight charges will be added.
Shipping times will vary for personalized products depending on final proof approval.
